Molecule is a candle developed as an exploration of geometry, material and manufacturing. The project took two years of research and development to translate its complex geometric form into high-temperature porcelain. Much of the process focused on understanding the material, refining the geometry and overcoming the manufacturing constraints of producing such a precise form in ceramic. The result is an object where structure, material and fragrance are considered as part of the same design.
